Brig. Gen. Matthew Glavy addresses Marines assigned to Marine Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Squadron 2, Marine Aircraft Group 14, 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing aboard Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, N.C., Dec. 6, 2016. Glavy thanked the Marines for their “tremendous work” and “remaining flexible” when the pressure is on. “There is not a lot of room for error, and we are putting a lot on your shoulders,” said Glavy. “But every time we think, plan, brief, execute and debrief, we have to continue doing it to the best of our ability.” Glavy is the commanding general of 2nd MAW.
