    Brig. Gen. Matthew Glavy shakes hands with Lt. Col. Lawrence B. Green II aboard Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, N.C., Dec. 6, 2016. Glavy addressed some challenges that Marine Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Squadron 2, Marine Aircraft Group 14, 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing is currently facing as they continue to maintain readiness and stay in the fight. “In this time of challenge, it is your task to be that guy or gal in the arena,” said Glavy to the Marines of VMU-2. “I want you to walk with your heads up high, and keep focus on what we’re doing.” Glavy is the commanding general of 2nd MAW, and Green is the commanding officer of VMU-2.
