    300th Mobile Public Affairs Detachment

    U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Angel Garay, of Caguas, Puerto Rico, a squad leader with E Troop, 317th Cavalry Regiment, Task Force Lighthorse passes sandbags at Forward Operating Base Fenty in eastern Afghanistan’s Nangarhar province, July 28. The sandbags were used to stop flooding in certain areas of the FOB. Parts of Jalalabad and FOB Fenty received more than 6 inches of rain over a short period of time causing flash flooding in the city and on the FOB.
