U.S. Army Sfc. Janine Pridgen, a licensed professional nurse and part of Joint Task Force National Scout Jamboree, applies moulage makeup to a simulated injury during an exercise July 23. The JTF's goal is to provide professional military support and a safe and secure environment for Scouts and visitors during the event. The exercise was developed to prepare JTF personnel for the unlikely event of a variety of accidents. Department of Defense’s presence and effort at the Jamboree emphasizes commitment to the nation’s youth.
