ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, Guam -- U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Deondre Rogers, a loadmaster assigned to the 36th Airlift Squadron, Yokota Air Base, Japan, moves a humanitarian package in position on the back of a C-130 Hercules to be dropped over Elato Island, Federated States of Micronesia (FSM), for Operation Christmas Drop (OCD) 2016, Dec. 7, 2016. OCD is a U.S. Air Force tradition that started in 1952, delivering needed essentials such as clothes, food and tools to approximately 20,000 people living in more than 50 isolated islands throughout the Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas Islands, Federated States of Micronesia and Republic of Palau.
