KROL KO, Cambodia (Nov. 19, 2016) Petty Officer 3rd Class Ryan Procter, left, and Petty Officer 3rd Class Charles Luther, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 5, perform maintenance on a skid steer to prevent any mechanical malfunctions while building at the Krol Ko Health Center. The Seabees are adding a private room for mothers to use before and after giving birth. NMCB 5 is the forward deployed Western Pacific NMCB ready to support Major Combat Operations, Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief operations, and to provide general engineering and civil support to Navy, Marine Corps and joint operational forces. Homeported out of Port Hueneme, Calif., NMCB 5 has 12 detachment sites deployed throughout the United States and Western Pacific area of operations.
