Will Roy, a Jericho, Vt., resident and commander of the 86th Infantry Brigade Combat Team (Mountain) during a visit to meet with Vermont Soldiers in Afghanistan. Douglas is here as part of a Department of Defense sponsored governors’ delegation tour with four other governors to visit deployed Soldiers from their home states and receive briefings about the coalition forces’ mission in Afghanistan.
