    II Marine Expeditionary Force   

    Sgt. Phillip W. Cambron is lifted from a Coast Guard vessel to a HH-46E "Sea Knight" helicopter during boat hoist training conducted about two miles south of Fort Macon, July 15. Marine Transport Squadron 1 conducts training with the Coast Guard a few times a week during the day and night to continue to be mission ready. Cambron is a rescue swimmer with VMR-1.
