Marines assigned to Special Purpose Marine Air Ground Task Force 24 prepare to disembark the amphibious transport dock ship USS New Orleans for Salinas Beach, Peru in amphibious assault vehicles. New Orleans is participating in Southern Partnership Station, an annual deployment of U.S. military training teams to the U.S. Southern Command area of responsibility in the Caribbean and Latin America.
