USS MAKIN ISLAND, Pacific Ocean (October 26, 2016) – Armory chiefs with Battalion Landing Team 1st Bn., 4th Marines; 1st Light Armored Reconnaissance Company; and Combat Logistics Battalion 11 perform a pre-fire inspection on an M3 81mm mortar tube aboard the USS Makin Island (LHD 8) while afloat in the Pacific Ocean, October 26, 2016.
