Harley (center) and Wendy Skinner (left), director of development, NWC Foundation for being recognized as College of Naval Warfare’s (CNW) Presidential Honor Graduate at U.S. Naval War College (NWC) in Newport, Rhode Island. Fifty-six students from the CNW and College of Naval Command and Staff were recognized for their achievements and received either a Master of Arts degree in National Security and Strategic Studies or Master of Arts degree in Defense and Strategic Studies during the ceremony.
