Brig. Gen. Jose R. Burgos, deputy commanding general of the Army Reserve’s 99th Regional Support Command, kicked off his Veterans Day weekend by speaking to cadets, service members, families, educators and community leaders at Drexel University’s Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC) Hall of Fame induction ceremony Nov. 11. “Today’s Army Reserve is the most capable, combat-ready and lethal federal reserve force in our nation’s history, and it is our Veterans upon whose shoulders this awesome force has been built,” Burgos said.
