SAN DIEGO (Nov. 4, 2016) – Capt. Daniel Caldwell, right, relieves Cmdr. Jeff Juergens as the commanding officer of the Los Angeles-class fast attack submarine USS San Francisco (SSN 711) during a change of command and farewell ceremony on Naval Base Point Loma, Nov. 4.
