John Ranck, the chief of strategic effects for U.S. Forces-Iraq J-9, and Andrew Dowdy, the anti-corruption coordinator at the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad, talk during a break at the U.S. Division-North PRT Conference held, June 30 – July 1, at Contingency Operating Base Speicher. The conference brought together all of the PRT leaders and senior military commanders from USD-North to help plan for the future of Iraq.
