Soldiers and Provincial Reconstruction Team members enjoy time to network after dinner during the U.S. Division-North PRT Conference held, June 30 – July 1, at Contingency Operating Base Speicher. The conference was held to bring together all the PRT members and senior military leaders from across USD-North to ensure that actions planned by both sides were in parallel and support the planned end state for the rebuilding of Iraq.
