A scout with the Boy Scouts of America secures a pole during the 23rd Boy Scouts of America-Scout Association of Japan Friendship Jamborette Nov. 5-6 aboard Camp Kinser, Okinawa, Japan. The pole was part of a pulley system the scouts were required to work together to assemble. Along with assembling a pulley system, the scouts also learned to start a fire and campsite setup.(U.S. Marine Corps photo by Cpl. Daniel Jean-Paul)
