Suzanne Beauchamp is account manager for the Formerly Used Defense Sites Program for the Regional Planning and Environmental Center. She leads the effort to remediate and communicate legacy risks of lands once controlled by the Department of Defense. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ RPEC unit runs the program in four states: Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana.
