Distinguished guests and staff including the U.S. ambassador to Romania, Mark Gitenstein, center, observe U.S., Romanian and Ukrainian troops at the ceremony officially ending the Black Sea Rotational Force deployment to Romania, June 24. U.S. Marines and Sailors participated in multiple peacekeeping operation training evolutions, military-to-military familiarizations, symposiums and community relations projects during their time in the Eastern European nation, and will now move to Bulgaria to continue their deployment.
