U.S. Marines, Ukrainian soldiers, and Romanian Marines and soldiers, present arms during the ceremony officially closing the deployment of Black Sea Rotational Force to Romania, June 24. More than 100 Marines and Sailors deployed to Romania in early May as the first Security Cooperation Marine Air-Ground Task Force in the region.
