FORT RILEY, Kan. – Lt. Col. Richard Ikena (left) and Command Sgt. Maj. Ivan Baez-Santana (right), the commander and command sergeant major of 1st Battalion, 5th Field Artillery Regiment, 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division, respectively, case the brigade’s colors during a ceremony on the Cavalry Parade Field Sept. 23.
