Natasha Nevius, security manager for Task Force Phantom, stands under the arch which she and 37 newly promoted non-commissioned officers walked beneath at the end of the Non-commissioned Officer Induction Ceremony on Camp Victory, June 12. The ceremony recognized the importance of NCOs in the military and the origins of "The Backbone of the Army" for the new NCOs to one day pass down to their Soldiers.
