Mario-Joshua Sabido, a Soldier with security management for III Corps Special Troops Battalion, guards the arch which he and 37 newly promoted non-commissioned officers will walk beneath at the end of the Noncommissioned Officer Induction Ceremony on Camp Victory, June 12. Sabido was promoted to sergeant during the ceremony that recognized the importance of NCOs in the military and the origins of "The Backbone of the Army."
