U.S. 5TH FLEET AREA OF OPERATIONS (Oct. 11, 2016) Petty Officer 2nd Class Raymond Sinclair mans a watch station in the pilot house aboard the guided-missile destroyer USS Stout (DDG 55) as the ship gets underway. Sinclair works as an operations specialist on board Stout supporting combat systems watch standing and the execution of all shipboard operations. Stout, deployed as part of the Eisenhower Carrier Strike Group, is supporting maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations.
