The image shows what appears to be a military or law enforcement training exercise taking place indoors. Personnel wearing blue-grey digital camouflage uniforms are practicing a takedown or grappling technique on another uniformed individual. Several observers, including civilians and uniformed personnel, watch the demonstration in what appears to be a training facility.

In this image, released by Texas Army National Guard, members of the (Iraqi) 56th Sustainment Brigade Federal Police practice proper carry techniques during the casualty evacuation portion of a Combat Life Saver certification course. The class was taught by Fort Walton, Fla., resident, Staff Sgt. Douglas Whitney, the medic for the 72nd Infantry Brigade Combat Team, Joint Area Support Group-Central. The class, held June 9th on Camp Prosperity, Baghdad, had a combined group of Iraqi Federal Police and American Army Soldiers.
