Two military personnel — one in US Army ACU (Army Combat Uniform) and one in a blue digital camouflage uniform — are kneeling over a medical training mannequin dressed in ACU on a tiled floor. They appear to be conducting a combat casualty care or first aid training exercise, with a cardboard box of medical supplies between them. The setting appears to be an indoor military facility with a wooden panel wall bearing the word 'SOLDIERS' in the background.

In this image, released by Texas Army National Guard, Fort Walton, Fla., resident, Staff Sgt. Douglas Whitney, the medic for the 72nd Infantry Brigade Combat Team, Joint Area Support Group-Central, demonstrates basic field care on a classroom aid for members of the (Iraqi) 56th Sustainment Brigade Federal Police during a Combat Life Saver certification course. The class, held June 9th on Camp Prosperity, Baghdad, had a combined group of Iraqi Federal Police and American Army Soldiers.
