FORT CARSON, Colorado –Spc. Torey Jones (left), a signal support systems specialist with 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, receives moral support from Col. Christopher Norrie, 3rd Brigade commander, during the 9-mile ruck march as part of the Best Signal Warrior Competition 2016 at Fort Carson, Colorado, Sept. 22, 2016.
