A POW/MIA flag blows in the wind amidst a POW/MIA Recognition Event ceremony and run at Joint Base Andrews, Md., Sept. 15, 2016. The event began with an opening ceremony and a perimeter run led by leadership from seven different base organizations. Following the approximately nine-mile run, various units participated in a section of a continual 24-hour run to remember the sacrifices and service many military members who were imprisoned while serving and those who remain missing.
