    The Honorable Debra S. Wada, Assistant Secretary of the Army Manpower and Reserve Affairs, and Soldiers from the 4th Infantry Division Mission Command Element and 16th Sustainment Brigade, eat lunch and converse about Army topics in Baumholder, Germany Sep.15, 2016. She engaged the Soldiers directly getting valuable feedback about several Army and DOD policy changes. Before lunch she was given a tour and briefing of the MCE explaining its role and purpose as the intermediate-level headquarters in support of U.S. Army Europe’s Operation Atlantic Resolve mission. Operation Atlantic Resolve is a U.S. led effort in Eastern Europe that demonstrates the U.S. commitment to the collective security of NATO and enduring peace and stability in the region.
