The Honorable Debra S. Before lunch she was given a tour and briefing of the MCE explaining its role and purpose as the intermediate-level headquarters in support of U.S. Army Europe’s Operation Atlantic Resolve mission. Operation Atlantic Resolve is a U.S. led effort in Eastern Europe that demonstrates the U.S. commitment to the collective security of NATO and enduring peace and stability in the region.
