Thetford, command senior enlisted leader of the U.S. Central Command, visited Soldiers of the 338th Transportation Detachment at the Kuwait Naval Base, Sept. 14, 2016 to get direct insight into the Soldiers' concerns, accomplishments, and current sustainment operations.
Army Reserve Brandon Gooss, harbormaster tower noncommissioned officer with the 338th THOD, led a tour to inform Thetford on the current status of operations.
