Command Sgt. Maj. William F. Thetford, command senior enlisted leader of the U.S. Central Command, visited Soldiers of the 338th Transportation Detachment at the Kuwait Naval Base, Sept. 14, 2016 to get direct insight into the Soldiers' concerns, accomplishments, and current sustainment operations.
Thetford held a private luncheon with the 338th THOD Soldiers and allowed them to speak freely about their take on the current state of operations.
