Gregory West, outgoing commander of Echo Company, 2-104th General Support Aviation Battalion, 28th Combat Aviation Brigade, Pennsylvania Army National Guard delivers his departing remarks to Soldiers of the company, family, friends and distinguished guests attending a change of command ceremony at the 28th CAB armory. The ceremony afforded the command the opportunity to recognize the achievements and service of the outgoing commander while welcoming the new commander, 1st Lt. Ernest Walker.
