Airmen with the 459 AS practiced delivering simulated relief supplies to Tokyo Rinkai Disaster Prevention Park in downtown Tokyo. The park is located in the Ariake area and is a disaster countermeasure headquarters of the Government of Japan and other local governments during large-scale earthquakes in the metropolitan area.
