SURABAYA, Indonesia (Aug. 30, 2016) - Builder Constructionman Kiara Harris, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, a local student and a member of the Indonesian Marines (TNI-AL) ZENI Battalion prepare to dip their hands in paint to leave their handprints on the schoolhouse that was built as part of the engineering civic action project during Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Indonesia 2016 in Surabaya, Indonesia, Aug. 30. CARAT is a series of annual maritime exercises between the U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, and the armed forces of nine partner nations including Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Timor-Leste.
