{160907-N-VC432-073} CARTAGENA, Colombia (Sep. 7, 2016)- Utilitiesman First Class Steven Kasten, Utilities Constructionman Jesus Cedillo and Builder Third Class Carlos Romo, all assigned to Navy Mobile Construction Battalion 133, are greeted by local children as they dig a trench to bring water to a latrine project for the Cabildo Indigena Zenu community in Colombia. The project is part of Southern Partnership Station 2016 (SPS-16). SPS16 is an annual deployment of U.S. ships to the U.S. Southern Command's area of responsibility in the Caribbean and Latin America.
