{160907-N-VC432-052} CARTAGENA, Colombia (Sep. 7, 2016)- Utilities Constructionman Jesus Cedillo, assigned to Navy Mobile Construction Battalion 133 (NMCB 133), measures the water level during a percolation test. The test determines the absorption rate of soil for a septic drain field. NMB 133 is building a latrine with a septic system for the Cabildo Indigena Zenu community in Colombia; the project is part of Southern Partnership Station 2016 (SPS-16). SPS16 is an annual deployment of U.S. ships to the U.S. Southern Command's area of responsibility in the Caribbean and Latin America.
