Uganda People's Defense Force soldiers carry books past the entrance of the Nkumba Quran Primary School in Nkumba, Uganda. The books were donated to five schools during a humanitarian assistance mission as part of the capstone exercise concluding two weeks of focused Civil Affairs training at the Kasenyi Training Facility in Entebbe, Uganda. The civil affairs focus is part of a 16-week training program created by Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa to develop Ugandan soldiers in full spectrum operations with a concentration on counter-terrorism and peace support operations.
