Uganda People's Defense Force soldiers, assisted by U.S. military and civilian personnel, meet with the Nkumba Quran Primary school headmistress Hadija Nantume and members of the school's management committee in Nkumba, Uganda. The UPDF performed a school assessment as part of the capstone exercise concluding two weeks of focused Civil Affairs training at the Kasenyi Training Facility in Entebbe, Uganda.
