Col. Luis Pomales, director, Army Reserve Engagement Team-Japan, outlines the capabilities of the U.S. Army Reserve during a briefing with approximately 60 Japan Ground Self-Defense Force Reserve Component service members at Camp Ichigaya, Japan, Aug. 29, 2016.
