    Judge Shea Nickell, Kentucky Court of Appeals, presents a framed historical portrait of Vice President Alben Barkley, the namesake of Barkley Dam, to Mike Looney, Lake Barkley Resource manager, to be hung in the lake’s visitor’s center where it can be seen by future generations in memory of the vice president.
