Devin Gallagher, an instructor from the Department of the Army, is teaching Ukrainian instructors how to photograph the inside of a vehicle for damage, August 18, 2016, during battlefield forensic training at the International Peacekeeping and Security Center as part of the Joint Multinational Training Group-Ukraine. Documenting the damage allows the unit to fully assess the incident and possibly collect war tactics from the enemy. The mission is about building a sustainable, enduring training capacity and capability within the Ukrainian Armed Forces. This training will help Ukraine to generate better-trained units.
