Wallace McNeal, an instructor from the Department of the Army, is teaching Ukrainian instructors how to document and take photographs of a simulated mortar, August 18, 2016, during battlefield forensic training at the International Peacekeeping and Security Center as part of the Joint Multinational Training Group-Ukraine. By documenting the simulated mortar, it helps the unit assess the situation and could potentially allow them to collect information about the enemy and their tactics during war.
