    Chief Fire Control Technician (select) Gary Dunklin, assigned to Naval Undersea Warfare Center, participate in Chief Petty Officer (CPO) 365 Phase II “uniform night” on board Naval Station Newport in Newport, Rhode Island. CPO Phase II is a professional education and training environment designed to: integrate selected chiefs into the network of the CPO mess; instill the values, beliefs, and expectations required to contribute effectively and succeed within the CPO mess; challenge the team/individual toughness and resilience of selected chiefs, evaluate performance, and provide feedback; and cultivate a culture of humility, trust, and loyalty across the Navy.
