    Task Force 38

    Army National Guard Maj. Gen. R. Martin Umbarger, Indiana's adjutant general, poses with the Task Force 38 medical section in front of the medical clinic named after a fallen Soldier during his visit to Task Force 38 at Joint Base Balad Thursday, May 13.
