    Task Force 38

    Army National Guard Maj. Gen. R. Martin Umbarger, Indiana's adjutant general, shakes hands with Task Force 38's staff weather officer, Air Force Capt. Vi Ly, during his visit to Task Force 38 at Joint Base Balad, Thursday, May 13. Umbarger toured every section of the headquarters unit and met new Soldiers, caught up with old friends, and received briefs about unit progress.
