Vice Adm. H. Denby Starling II, commander of Navy Cyber Forces and Naval Network Warfare Command, shakes hands with Force Master Chief Jay Powers as he departs his office for the last time at Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story. Starling is scheduled to retire from active duty May 14 at a change of command ceremony. He will be relieved of command at Navy Cyber Forces by Rear Adm. Tom Meek and at Naval Network Warfare Command by Rear Adm. Edward H. Deets III.
