Vice Adm. H. Denby Starling II, commander of Navy Cyber Forces and Naval Network Warfare Command, shakes hands with his crew during a final walk out from his headquarters at Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story. Starling is scheduled to retire from active duty May 14 at a change of command ceremony. He will be relieved of command at Navy Cyber Forces by Rear Adm. Tom Meek and at Naval Network Warfare Command by Rear Adm. Edward H. Deets III.
