The French navy submarine FS Perle approaches Naval Station Norfolk from the Elizabeth River. Perle is visiting Norfolk to participate in Auriga 2010, a series of multinational exercises in the North and West Atlantic. Auriga 2010 is lead by the Britsh Royal Navy aircraft carrier HMS Ark Royal.
