Maj. Gen. Simeon Trombitas, commanding general, JTF-Haiti, listens to a local leader from Cap Haitien speak about humanitarian projects while his translator, Coast Guard Lt. Noah Maignan, translates what is being said from Creole to English. Trombitas attended the meeting with Cheryl Milss, counselor and chief of staff to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, who was in Haiti to meet with local and humanitarian leaders in Cap Haitien.
