A UH-60 Black Hawk from the 1st Battalion, 228th Aviation Regiment, deployed from Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras, soars above the clouds at an altitude of roughly 9,000 feet while en route to Touissant Louverture International Airport from Cap Haitien, May 11. A pair of Blackhawks from 1-228th Avn. Regt. spent the day transporting Cheryl Mills, counselor and chief of staff to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, and Maj. Gen. Simeon Trombitas, commanding general, JTF-Haiti, to and from Cap Haitien where they met with local and humanitarian leaders.
