Kuantan, MALAYSIA, 05 Aug, 2016- Rear Adm. Brian S. Pecha, U.S. Pacific Command surgeon, speaks at the closing ceremony of the Asia Pacific Military Health Exchange 16. Co-hosted by U.S. Pacific Command surgeon and the Malaysian Armed Forces Health Services Division, the Asia Pacific Military Health Exchange (AMPHE) 2016 included plenary sessions focused on a variety of medical professions, as well as breakout sessions specific to ground, air, and maritime forces in the Indo-Asia- Pacific region.
